We had been told to expect music inspired by legendary musicians Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli of the “Quintette du Hot Club de France” and the audience on Saturday 5th October in the Brigg and District Servicemen’s Club were not disappointed. This group of hugely talented musicians played a brilliant set and left us wanting more. It was a great night for gypsy jazz in Brigg.
Donation to MND
We held our annual Ceilidh in February with the fantastic Rosianna band which was kindly hosted by Sir John Nelthorpe school. The proceeds for the evening have been donated jointly to MND and Lindsey Lodge Hospice. We have now received this lovely letter from MND.
