On Friday, November 10 at 7.30 we are very lucky, with the support of North Lincolnshire Blaize, to have Black Liver who will be performing Miss Nobodies.

This is a funny, uplifting play which tells the story of the last 100 years in a shop in Lancashire town and the larger than life women that pass through it from 1919 to present day.

The show mixes poetry, storytelling and music with themes which cover social responsibility, female solidarity, life choices and loneliness. Ruth Cockburn and Keith Carter take you through 100 years of retail therapy and the lives of the women of each decade.

It will be happening at the Brigg Serviceman’s Club in Brigg.
